After the powerful winds and rains of Hurricane Melissa, Jamaica is showing its resilience once again. I, **The Sand Lady – Carlie Finch**, was honored to be invited to **Sandals Dunn’s River** *before its grand opening*, and I couldn’t wait to see how the beach and surrounding area looked after the storm.

## How Does the Beach Look?

The shoreline at Dunn’s River is breathtaking. The sand has been smoothed by nature’s touch, and the turquoise waters sparkle with renewed clarity. Palm trees sway gently, reminding us that paradise always bounces back.

## How Does the Area Look?

The resort grounds are vibrant and full of life. Crews have worked tirelessly to prepare for the grand opening, and you can feel the anticipation in the air. The lush greenery, the iconic Dunn’s River Falls nearby, and the warm Jamaican spirit make this destination truly unforgettable.
