During the event, Stewart announced a nearly $1 billion investment to double the footprint of Beaches Resorts over the next five years.
This ambitious plan includes the introduction of three new resorts: Beaches Barbados, Beaches Exuma in The Bahamas, and Beaches Runaway Bay in Jamaica. Additionally, the much-anticipated Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos is set to debut in Spring 2026, featuring luxurious multi-bedroom suites, new dining concepts, and enhanced amenities.

The new resorts promise to deliver the signature all-inclusive luxury that Beaches is known for, with family-friendly features like Kids Camps, waterparks, and the exclusive partnership with Sesame Street®. Beaches Barbados will offer 600 rooms, including spacious suites designed for families, while Beaches Exuma will transform the existing Sandals Emerald Bay into a family-friendly haven with 12 restaurants and a Greg Norman-designed golf course. Beaches Runaway Bay will cater to multigenerational families with expansive suites and access to the Runaway Bay Golf Club.
